Day 1: Something you hate about yourself.


I hate my weight. Ya, I'm normal. I hate that I am not the same weight as I was when I graduated. I used to be so thin! And a lot has happened since I was 18 but I just wish I had the motivation and the skills to loose some lbs.
I wish I still looked like this:


I really want to look better and feel better. I want to be fit and healthy when I have kids. That's my personal goal.

You can do it! I know that is cheesy and lame, but its so the truth. All you have to do is take baby steps and put your mind to it! You are a strong woman and I know that if you want something you can go for it!
